Our Studios & Clinic Hours
Arquicity operates from three editorial studios — Lisbon, Toronto, and Singapore — each colocated with a partner medical clinic. Our Lisbon studio sits inside the Centro Clínico Belém, open Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm WET, with Saturday telehealth hours by appointment.
Our Toronto studio occupies Suite 412 at the Queen West Health Pavilion, accessible by elevator and street-level entry. Hours run 9am to 7pm EST, weekdays. The Singapore studio at Novena Medical Center follows ASEAN clinic scheduling: 8:30am to 5:30pm SGT, Monday through Saturday.

Can I visit a studio without an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome at Lisbon and Singapore during business hours for materials pickup and information sessions. Toronto requires advance booking due to building security protocols. Plan fifteen minutes for reception.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes. Video consultations run forty-five minutes and cost 120 USD, deductible from any follow-up program. Our clinicians cover most specialties and can prescribe where regional regulations permit cross-border practice.
How are patient inquiries protected?
All contact form submissions use TLS encryption and HIPAA-compliant storage. Arquicity never shares patient data with editorial teams without explicit written consent, and our privacy officer reviews requests monthly.
